Services

We build the automation and local AI infrastructure that we write about. Everything is delivered as open source you own outright — no license, no per-seat fee, no dependency on us after handover.

n8n Workflow Automation

From $2,500 · typically 1–3 weeks

Manual processes turned into pipelines that survive contact with reality. Not a demo flow that breaks the first time an API returns a 500 — retries, dead-letter handling, alerting, and a runbook for the person who has to debug it at 2am.

What you get

  • Discovery session mapping the process as it actually runs today
  • Production n8n workflows with error branches, retries and idempotency
  • Alerting into Slack, Discord or email when something fails
  • Self-hosted n8n on your infrastructure, or your existing cloud instance
  • Written runbook and a handover walkthrough

Good fit if: you are copying data between systems by hand, paying per-task automation fees that scale badly, or you have flows that silently fail.

Local AI Deployment

From $4,000 · typically 2–4 weeks

Inference that runs on hardware you own, so your prompts and documents never leave the building. We have taken a single AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 to 120GB of unified VRAM under Linux and will do the same for your workstation or server.

What you get

  • Hardware sizing advice before you spend anything
  • Kernel, BIOS and ROCm configuration tuned for large models
  • An OpenAI-compatible gateway your existing code can point at unchanged
  • Model selection and quantization guidance for your actual workload
  • Benchmarks proving what the box does, not what a spec sheet claims

Good fit if: you have data that cannot go to a third-party API, an inference bill growing faster than revenue, or air-gapped requirements.

Self-Hosting Migration

From $3,000 · typically 2–4 weeks

Moving off SaaS onto infrastructure you control, without a six-month project or a fragile hand-rolled server. Containerized, reproducible, and deployed by a pipeline rather than by someone remembering the right commands.

What you get

  • Docker Compose stack with pinned images and healthchecks
  • CI/CD that builds, verifies and deploys on merge
  • Backups you have actually restored from at least once
  • TLS, security headers and a sane reverse proxy configuration
  • Cost comparison against what you are paying now

Good fit if: subscription costs are climbing, you need data residency guarantees, or you want an exit path from a vendor.

How it works

  1. 1

    Call

Thirty minutes, free. You describe the problem, we say honestly whether we are the right people for it.

  2. 2

    Written scope

A fixed scope, fixed price and a delivery date, in writing, before any money moves.

  3. 3

    Build

Work happens in your repository with visible commits. Weekly progress notes, no black box.

  4. 4

    Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough, and 30 days of support. You own everything and can maintain it without us.

Common questions

Do you work with clients outside your timezone?

Yes. Work is asynchronous by default with a weekly scheduled call. Most communication happens in writing, which makes the timezone largely irrelevant and leaves a record you can refer back to.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, outright. It lives in your repository under whatever license you choose. Nothing is held back and there is no ongoing license fee. If a piece is generally useful and you agree, we may extract it into an open source library — with your name on it if you want.

What if the project needs to grow mid-flight?

The original scope is delivered at the agreed price. Anything additional is quoted separately before work starts on it. No surprise invoices.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Thirty days of support is included after handover. Beyond that, monthly retainers are available, but the goal is deliberately the opposite: you should be able to run and extend the system yourself.

Why are your prices listed publicly?

Because "contact us for pricing" wastes everyone's afternoon. If the starting numbers are far outside your budget, you have saved yourself a call.
