What it is
Mnemo is a hosted workspace: pages, databases, and whiteboards live in one sidebar tree. You filter, drag to nest, and favorite what you reopen every day. The editor has slash commands, wiki links, mentions, comments, and version history. Databases get table, kanban, gallery, and calendar views. Boards sit next to the docs they explain — not in a separate silo.
It is not open source and not open-core. The product is closed-source SaaS. Signups are open at app.meetmnemo.com. The user guide walks through the tree, the editor, databases, and API tokens.
What you can do today
- Nested pages, databases, and whiteboards with live collaboration
- Comments, mentions, and version history on documents and boards
- Markdown paste in the editor — headings, lists, and code become blocks
- Workspace roles, page-level access, and revocable public share links
- Notion HTML import (one-time, not live sync) and a restoreable workspace backup
- REST API and Streamable HTTP MCP — markdown writes, database columns, personal tokens
Plans
Every feature is on both plans. Free and Pro differ on storage and the API/MCP call allowance.
