This policy explains how Zypher Systems, LLC (“Zypher,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use zyphersystems.com, contact us, subscribe to the newsletter, or use products we operate — including Mnemo, a closed-source SaaS workspace. Questions: zypher@zyphersystems.com.
Who we are
Zypher Systems, LLC is a Kentucky company. We publish open source tools and workflows on this site, take on a small number of consulting engagements, and operate Mnemo as a hosted product.
This website
On zyphersystems.com we may collect:
- Contact form. Name, email, optional subject, and your message, so we can reply. A hidden honeypot field is used only to reject bots.
- Newsletter. Email address, a confirm token, and an unsubscribe token. We send a confirmation link before you are added. You can leave at any time from the link in each email.
- Server logs. IP address, user agent, and the pages requested, kept for security and debugging.
Browser developer tools on this site run in your browser. We do not upload, log, or analyze what you paste into them. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Services inquiries
If you write about consulting work, we use the name, email, and message you send to scope a reply. We do not sell that information.
Mnemo
Mnemo is a Zypher Systems product. To run it we collect account information (name, email, hashed password, optional two-factor settings), workspace content you or your teammates put in a space (pages, boards, databases, comments, files), usage and device data needed to operate the service (including API and MCP call counts on Free), hashed personal access tokens, and messages you send to product support.
We use that information to provide, secure, and improve Mnemo, to enforce storage and API limits, to send transactional email, and to respond to support. We do not sell personal information. Product support: support@meetmnemo.com.
Workspaces are private to members by default. Public read-only links are opt-in per page. Tokens follow the same page permissions as the person who created them.
Payments
This site may later sell premium workflows or other items. If that happens, a payment processor will collect card or billing details. We would receive limited information such as plan or order status — not your full card number.
Mnemo’s Free plan does not require payment. If paid Mnemo plans ship, the same rule applies: the processor holds the card; we do not store the full PAN.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who host this site, send email, or (when billing exists) process payments, and only as needed to run those systems. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Zypher, our users, or the services from abuse.
Retention and your choices
Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept as long as we need them to reply and for a limited record after. Mnemo account and workspace data last as long as the account or workspace exists, plus a limited time in backups.
To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to close a newsletter subscription, email zypher@zyphersystems.com. For a Mnemo account or workspace, you can also use in-product controls or write support@meetmnemo.com.
Children
These services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will provide a reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
