These Terms are an agreement between you and Zypher Systems, LLC (“Zypher,” “we,” “us”) for zyphersystems.com, our consulting services, the open source we publish, and products we operate — including Mnemo, a closed-source SaaS workspace.
By using this site, sending a contact or newsletter request, or using a Zypher product, you agree to these Terms. Read them with the Privacy Policy.
This website
Blog posts and guides on this site are licensed CC BY 4.0 unless a page says otherwise. Source we publish as open source (tools, workflow JSON, public repositories) is MIT unless the repository says otherwise.
The site is provided as-is. We may change or remove pages. Do not scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the contact and newsletter forms to send spam.
Consulting services
Starting prices on the services page are estimates for typical scope, not a binding quote. A written agreement covers the actual engagement. Work we deliver for a client is yours: it lives in your repository under the license you choose, with no ongoing per-seat fee from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.
That ownership rule is for client deliverables. It does not make Mnemo open source, and it does not re-license our public repositories.
Free and paid workflows
Importable n8n templates we list as free are MIT unless marked otherwise. If we later sell premium workflows or other items, those listings are a paid license to use the files as described at checkout — not open source — unless the listing says they are.
Mnemo
Mnemo is a Zypher Systems product: a hosted, closed-source workspace for pages, whiteboards, and databases. It is not open source and not open-core. Creating an account or using the hosted app is also subject to the terms shown at sign-up for that product. Those terms sit alongside this page; they do not replace the company named here or the Kentucky law below.
You keep ownership of content you put in Mnemo. We host, store, back up, and display it only as needed to run the service, including sharing and API or MCP access you turn on. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law, attack the services, impersonate Zypher, or use our forms or products to abuse other people.
Disclaimers and liability
THE SITE, THE OPEN SOURCE WE PUBLISH, CONSULTING ADVICE ON THIS SITE, AND MNEMO ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYPHER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYPHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THIS SITE OR A PRODUCT WE OPERATE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THAT SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court cannot enforce a part of these Terms, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will provide a reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the site and the products.
